I wanted a couple of skins to tan' been thinking about tanning again, have'nt done any tanning myself in years' went out to a place not all that far from home looking for a couple of feral goat with a good coloured skin' Lucky enought to run onto these two that were in a mob of others that were fairly plan skins. At the moment I have the skin in the tanning solution and a fox skin as well, a bit of luck I hope they will turn out all right. After taking the skins of the goat I decided that they were in such good condition and only about half grown I took a fair bit of the meat as well

Just an up date on the skins, they are finished today, took them off the board they were pegged to for drying after they were finished in the tanning solution
