12 rattles & yes it is a canebreak. That's about as big as they get. Skinned it out last night & tore the skin about 2 inches from the rattle. I'm still tanning the skin, but really wanted it all together.

I thought so on both questions ;)The last time I seen a cane break it was in my stand in SC when I got to go in it needless to say they dont like that Browning 7mm mag emptying on them it was about the same length withh 11 rattles wish I'd kept it but youth and fear told me just let it alone and come back a few days later after the vulgers got it
