How many use the Flip Up scope covers? They come in handy on those rainy days.I use the Butler Creek F.U. Covers.

I forgot about those on my "rifle accessories" post. The first thing I buy after buying the rifle and scope, are the BC scope covers! I'll never own a scope without them.

I use the flip up scope covers as well. They do come in handy when the rain starts.

I just emailed Midsouth seeing if the flip up covers can be added to my order before they ship it .I never thought of them when I ordered that new Leupold handgun scope. They (MS) moved to a new location and I was told orders would be sent out until early next week.I think the flip ups are a must. Not only protecting the lenses, but keeping rain off of them. They've gone up in price since I ordered the last ones but it's still a bargain @7.17 ea.

I placed another order last night w/Midsouth.I didn't forget those Flip Up covers this time.Natchez has them for almost a 1.00 less.Their site was so slow I emptied my cart and went back to MS.I also bought a set of Hogue grips for that SBH Hunter. It has the rounded trigger guard as opposed to the squared trigger guard.I called Hogue. The lady said they will fix except I'll have a gap by the trigger guard. Both Pachmyer and Hogue doesn't make the grips for the rounded TG SBH's.
