50yds. and 100yds., 50 the majority of the time. I'll know what it'll do at 100yds. if the situation ever arose though.

I usually sight in for 100yds.Being it doubtful I get a shot pass 50 yards,I sighted my hunting rifle @50 yds.Next time at the range I'm going to sight it@2.5"high @50 yds which should put it dead on @100 yds. Having to use open sights during BP season limits my shots distance. My eyes aren't what they use to be. I feel safe sighting in @ 50 yds with my open sighted Knight Disc.I won't fire a shot unless I have a clean kill shot.We all owe it to the game to make the most humane kills possible.Deer and women are like a bus.If you miss one another one will come along.Give it your best shot. I shoot 100yds when shooting on the range and sometimes I shoot 200. Week before last I shot some 1 in groups @200 witha savage muzzle loader.I have gotten some 2 in groups with my encore @200 but not any 1 in groups.

both 50 and 100 yds. Have good tight groups at 75 yds. Don`t like shootin more than 75yds. but like to know a 100 yd. shot will be a kill shot and not a wound and blood trail shot. I don`t like the thought of wounding an animal and loosin it. By the way I shoot an older modle Traditions 50 cal. in line that has been modified to take 209 and 200 grains. I still only load 100 grains and use sabots.
