How do y'all practice from the ground or a elevated area shooting down

I practice both ways, including shooting through little openings out in the field, ya never know when you may have to tread the needle through some trees to take a shot.

Both. and sitting, kneeling, etc. Also practice standing like I'm going to shoot one direction, but then twist my upper torso around to shoot behind me. This is actually easier to do in a stand with a safety strap than it is on the ground. you can use the strap to help support you. I've even practiced one foot resting on the tree, one on the stand and leaning severely into the strap to shoot straight down.

i practice from the ground and off my roof! i hunt both in the air and on the ground so i practice accordingly!

i was taught to shoot in every way you think you might have to shoot a adeer,in case you ever did have to,so i do both,and more
