When is it too soon to take the kids into the woods? To hunt ? I feel as if it is never really too soon to get them close to nature but there is a time when I believe it is too soon for them to hunt. What is your input on this

I sure would like some input on this topic also! I have a 2 year old that is dying to go hunting with daddy but she is , in my opinion, way to young to go! I started at the age of 8 but i think kids now aren't "mature" enough to go out at that age! Back in the day it seemed different, alot more responsibility at a younger age then now! What does everyone else think? Good question BIGTYME!

I say it depends on each kid. I started my son hunting at age 9. I never really took him out hunting with me much before he started hunting himself but I did take him to the woods a lot at a very young age.
