Nice deer from the both of yall! Congrats! Even though this is last years, maybe you'll have some for this years! I am going to head out this evening on another deer hunt at the property! Wish me luck! God bless

it is fairly common for a buck to have a deformed rack on the opposite side from the injured leg! eventually it will be normal or close to it again if they live long enough! congrats

No brow tines huh, is that a genetic thing in that area? I am used too seeing them more pronounced on the deer around here, it is rare to see one without them.

take a closer look those are his brows on the first deer they are just a foot away from his head! I killed one like that in 2000! he has brows but they are a long ways from his head!

Yeah, i guess they do kinda blend in from the bases. You can see it from the top angle.

Guess is right! It is uncommon around here for them to be that far up the main beam! That is why I classified him as a unique deer! He was aged at 5 1/2 years old!

We don't have too many 5 1/2 year old deer around here!! That is pretty cool!! Nice deer How wide was he inside?

He wasn't very wide just about 16 1/2 inside! My widest is 19 3/4" from this area! All the deer in previous years averaged 18"! there are some really good genetics around here as far as width and the occasional "kicker" points are concerned!
