I have 2 one old one new, Old: Remington 40X, 6mm Rem. I have won more benchrest competitions with this gun than I can remember, some of the guys that know me, see me drive up to the range, and I see them pack their stuff and leave before the shoot ever starts!
New: My New Remington 700/SPM, 270 WSM, and the KAHLES scope I bought for it, both were on sale, and the Remington 270 WSM is an experimental run and I doubt there were over 1000 produced, probably 500, but Remington, in all their wisdom will not tell me how many of that run were made, they say they only give that info for rifles over 10 years old! What's up with that? I think I need to at least look at Ruger next time like RugerRedhawk advised, because apparently they are giving better service nowaday's! I just dont care for the way Ruger is making the butt area of the synthetic stocks they make, that concave deal, just don't get it, or the point of it!

My best purchase has to be my lifetime hunting and fishing license. The good thing about Oklahoma, even if you move away, you can always use it to come back and hunt or fish. It truly is a lifetime license.

Now this is a hard question, I got a heck of a deal on a Knight Disc Extreme Elite a couple months ago at BassPro Shops. They were regularly 599.99, I found it on a close out or clearance for 399.99. It has the best looking Walnut stock, I've seen in years.A highly figured stock. That's what sold me on buying it.I looked on Knight's site. Their MSRP is right at 700.00. I done good.LOL.
