thanks what you can't find time or something? try the link to HND elk hunt.. www.huntohioelk.combook a hunt there when you have time..they are real nice! what is bad is the water is well water in the shower and it smells like sulfur.. But other wise it is a great experience! In the end they give you a free hunting knife, with their logo on it HND elk hunt inc. You should go there, they have a lot of big bulls out there.. Well good luck and god bless

Right now I've got plenty of time, but not the money. Sounds like quite a deal. For the time being and as in years past, I'll have to just stay content to shoot all these deer around here. Hope y'all have another good year!

yeah, what this place offers is that if you don't kill anything, then you won't have to pay.. So it is a great deal! But to drive from where you live to ohio just to see elk and not kill is kind of useless.. If ya go out west you'll have to pay even if you don't kill anything, that's why me and my dad chose this place.. You have great luck this season as well! But my problem is (which is imbarrasing to admit it) is..i am skiddish of the dark..when we go out on them evening hunts on our stands, and i wait til dark, i get nervous, skiddish and that "ready to go home" feeling.. I hate that, i want to enjoy my hunting experiences and such but i can't due to this feeling.. The whole time last year i only got 2 shots, the first one was at a doe which came right at sunset, i thought she was at 30 and released, but she was at 35.. and the other one was at a doe as well, it was still daylight, i could see perfectly, i had my 30-30 and shot her at 75 yards.. But that is the only two besides my elk that i got last year because of my "ready to go home" feeling.. My dad hunts until he can't literally see his pins! and he's killed so many deer! It is unbelieveable! can you give me some tips or help me out to overcome this "ready to go home" feeling at night? Cause it is really ruining my hunts.. Thanks

Thanks ruger! If ya want an insight on the place we went on the elk hunt here's the website.. www.huntohioelk.comOur pictures are in there, that's how i got it blown up, and all kinds of stuff! thanks again for the congrats! I was smiling so big in that picture is because mostly i have been hunting little things such as squirrels, birds, etc. And now i finally got into the big game! Deer hunting and 1 elk hunt.. I realized that i was carrying on the passion of hunting my dad passed down to me, and now both me and my dad have a dream that i will pass down those passions to my children and so on and so on! (I know it sounds like a speech from Martin Luther King Jr.) Anyway, good luck hunting this season and god bless
