I recently bought a tree stand blind from ameristep. When I purchased the blind it was all intact, easy to put together, very good instructions. Once I had my blind together I decided it was time to put it to the first test, see how it would do in the field. Well I went to my lease land climbed up my stand so good so far. As I was installing it one of the poles broke , So I come home and contacted Ameristep that was on Friday (this past) well today I got a response from there customer service dept. they apologized for any inconvience and are sending me 2 new poles this week(free of charge). Just in time for bow season I hope that if any hunters ever are faced with this that the service dept in which they are dealing with are as good as the one from Ameristep.

BT it's always good to hear about companies who care about their customers.I've had many dealing with different companies over the years. Some left allot to be desired.I've always received top notch service from these and probably more I've forgotten about.
Ruger Thompson/Center The Original Redfield (New Redfield?) Knight Muzzle Loaders Case Knives Gerber Knives GoldenRod dehumdifiers Treelounge (now under new ownership) S&W RCBS. Cannon Safe Co. CVA A couple I wasn't overly impressed with Browning Remington Tasco (aka Trashco)
The all time worst customer service in my experience has to be Polaris Industries. The most useless C.S. I've had any dealing with.
